Pool Service Technician – Position Available The associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools. Follow up and secure new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer. Maintain profitable pool maintenance route. Learn different filter systems and operations. Learn proper pool maintenance procedures. This job requires high standards of customer service and the image represented. Job success is determined by customer satisfaction, and good customer relations. Pool service technicians must be able to communicate politely and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner. Must be a licensed driver in the State of Florida, with a clean driving record. Must comply strictly tosafe and courteous driving habits while operating company vehicles. This position requires the associate to be 21 years of age or older, have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often. The associate must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine.
