Candidate must have a reliable vehicle 5 Days a Week : Sunday - Thursday We are looking for a candidate skilled/knowledgeable in the following areas: - Construction (Drywall, Building decks, Replacing doors, etc) - Plumbing (Changing toilets, Changing hot water tanks, etc) - Lighting (Changing Ballasts, Checking circuits, etc) - General Maintenance (Changing Lightbulbs, Changing ceiling tiles, Monthly Fire Inspections, Office Painting, asphalt & pothole fillings, etc) - Pressure/Power Washing This job will also include Commercial Plaza Portering which consists of: - Litter pick-up around the outside of building - Maintain dumpster area free of trash and litter - Cobweb sweeping from outside doors and windows
