Job Responsibilities Residential restoration; including all phases of construction Supervise a crew of employees and prioritize workload Proficient in finish trim work Read and follow plans, material lists and guidelines and apply necessary timelines Fulfill all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner. Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames. Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation to be communicated with HR. Strong Leadership Skills Problem Solver Strong Communication Skills Requirements Minimum 4 years construction experience Valid California Driver License High School diploma Bilingual - English/Spanish Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
