WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On April 27, Tiana Hillaire, of West Haven, purchased a KENO ticket from the Greatway Food Store in West Haven and won $20,000.
