Job Responsibilities: • Opening and closing multiple bay facility • Training and leading a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while creating a positive and high energy environment • Scheduling and controlling labor • Communicating weekly sales goals to staff; reviewing financial data • Growing volume, driving sales, and increasing profitability • Greeting, assisting customers and responding to customer inquires • Changing fluids and performing maintenance services in a safe and timely manner • Stocking, ordering and inventory management Best Candidates will possess: • Previous oil & lube / Automotive industry experience a must • Flexible availability: willingness to work weekends and holidays. • Ability to communicate and follow directions. • Willingness to follow company dress code and system guidelines. • Reliable transportation • A friendly, energetic personality who enjoys working in a team-centered environment.
