Life's not easy! Getting SAD is a normal state of being! If you are human you probably get SAD on a consistent basis because now more than ever, our world is NUTS! Join us for a night of conversations, connections, and laughs while discussing how we recognize and manage our SADNESS! aka, recognize your level of "CRAZY" and Manage it with EQ (Emotional Quotient and Ei (Emotional Intelligence). This is an opportunity to learn new tools on how to recognize and learn to manage our SADNESS while making new friends and building community. This location is a large space and can help keep social distancing if that's desired. Feel Free to wear a mask if desired. This is a warm and friendly gathering designed to create harmonious relationships and community. All opinions are welcome. Tom founded the Florida Balance Centers in 1992. His private practice was the first independent outpatient rehabilitation center to specialize in vestibular retraining in the state, and quickly became South Florida’s premiere center for vertigo, dizziness and balance rehabilitation. Additionally, he is a licensed acupuncture physician and has combined the skills of traditional medicine to maximize outcomes for vestibular disorders and other conditions. Together with a nationally recognized neurotologist who specializes in inner ear disorders, they performed independent research on the effectiveness of balance therapy.
