We are looking for reliable, physically fit, and enthusiastic people to join our Article Delivery Team in the Austin area. Our delivery teams are the face of Article, so you have the ability to make a huge impact on their customer experience. What’s in it for you: This position starts at $22.50/hr. Overtime available 3 weeks paid vacation Potential for customers tips Uniforms and swag We pay for your safety boots Please follow link below to complete application Drive a box truck in Austin and the surrounding area Work with a delivery partner in 2-person teams to deliver a variety of furniture items into the homes and businesses of our amazing customers Safely load and unload furniture from the warehouse into the delivery vehicle Lift and move furniture into residential locations safely and with care Unpack and assembly of furniture and household accessories Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Provide professional and friendly customer engagement and communication Follow routes and time schedules Work in the warehouse to complete warehouse associate duties as required Customer Service Focus: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints Meet and exceed demanding standards as we work to go beyond our customers’ expectations Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Communicate in a timely and professional manner with other team members, ADT Dispatcher and Supervisors
