Northwest Construction Co., Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher/Form Setter. We are looking for individuals that not only can do the job, but are also willing to do go above and beyond just the concrete finishing. Northwest Construction is part of Northwest Companies! Duties/Responsibilities: · Checking forms for proper construction · Setting forms · Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power tools · Mold expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointer and straight edge · Working outside for long periods of time · Heavy lifting: 50+ pounds on a daily basis · Bending, stooping, walking and standing for long periods Qualifications: · Must have a valid driver's license · Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening · Must have at least 2 years of concrete finishing/form setting experience · Rebar reinforcement · Must have CLEAN background Preferred: · Knowledge of ADA Rules and Regulations for walkways and ramps · Former Experience as a foreman and/or crew leader · Understand how to read plans · Bilingual is always a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
