DORADO Personnel, a Temporary Staffing Company, is currently hiring for a Temp-to-Hire position for a well know non-profit management company that owns and operates multiple retail settings along one Blvd, one location, mutable retail spaces. The position is Grounds Maintenance-Porting and Event Marketing. Job Description: Watering Plants along Blvd and courtyard. Power washing, fountain cleaning, claiming ladders, hanging lights, roof inspections to ensure drains are clear and roofs are clear of any obstructions. Backpack blowing, public restroom checks, Janitorial services are contracted but restrooms need checks in between services. Event Setup and teardown, marketing which entail positioning and hanging signage for events.
