Description
Summary Performs all duties of production. Produces the highest quality and consistent products. Counts, labels, assembles, and boxes a variety of items into the final product container or packaging, while ensuring the highest quality. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. -Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products. -Accurately prepare ingredients, work stations and equipment for production. -Ensure proper temperatures, timing, and homogenization of ingredients. -Correctly infuse ingredients by thoroughly scraping, turning, lifting and rotating -Check depositor settings, temperatures, weights, and ingredient prep -Assure product consistency such as weight, appearance and flavor profile. -Perform visual quality inspections on products, minimize waste where possible. -Count, sort, label, assemble, bag, seal, tape, box, and pack inventory for sales Reach production quotas by maintaining a quick, effective pace as a team as well as independently. -Ensure a safe working environment Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. -High School Diploma or GED Experience: At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in a food production, packaging or kitchen environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to clear a criminal background check and obtain a Marijuana Agent Card. Food Handler’s Card a plus. -Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written. -Travel Requirements: None -State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty Compensation As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage, overtime, Paid Holidays, PTO and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
