James Mohamad, Kenner's Code Director known for these tactics and using his Kenner position along with other Kenner co-conspirators to illegally and corruptly cite alleged/bogus and exaggerated code violations against the citizens of Kenner, then court perjurers himself under oath and directs other inspectors to perjurer themselves to assure rigged convictions against innocent victims (like I was), gets indicted and arrested for public bribery and dishonesty, by the FBI publicized by WWL-TV. Katie Moore WWL-TV investigations, did a multi-day story involving Mohamad with inspections in New Orleans discovering he was banned in 2019 from inspections, due to multiple suspicious reports. James Mohamad FINALLY gets FIRED from his Kenner Code Director position April 20, 2021 AMEN! FACTS: Many years ago, during Rick Walter's Code Director evil corrupt tenure, I made several attempts via e-mails and phone calls to Mayor Zahn's office, to have a meeting with Mayor Zahn to inform him of the known and obvious corruption within his administration to no avail. Eventually 10+ months later, meeting in person on a public sidewalk, putting him on verbal personal notice, I informed him of several serious corrupt issues being done to me unjustly by his code enforcement officials, but he did NOTHING to investigate as I pleaded or put an end to these illegal actions against citizens in Kenner, or have his promised requested meeting with me the following week after his re-election, never happened. FACTS: For example: As the Asst. Code Director, Rick Walther made a statement in my presence to a mutual friend over the phone, as she was calling him (her friend) to attempt to help me, without his knowledge of my presence on speaker with her, discussing the blatant ongoing daily harassing by his code inspectors, continually citing me on bogus alleged selective code violations, he said "I know that this is a PERSONAL VENDETTA with my code guys against Mr. xxxxx, but I am not going to do anything to help him or stop it". (This IS BLATANT Malfeasance in Office/Corruption/Vindictiveness) Later in 2016, he sat in court gloating and watched Prosecutor Arthur Dupre badger me, Mohamad and other code inspectors perjurer themselves in court under oath to convict me, including Chief Electrical Inspector Joseph Metzler. Judge Floyd wouldn't allow me to product any photo evidence and rejected most if not all other evidence to defend myself and Walther did nothing to stop these known rigged actions. I was told by a reliable insider Code official on the following Monday of Friday's court, that he witnessed in the prosecutor's office that "The word came down from the top", the verdict was decided ahead of my court date to be Guilty on all counts. The actual verdict in court was Guilty on all 15 counts, although the state law book said otherwise. This is EVIL!, during this approx. 8 hour CIVIL court session. Judge Marion Floyd (part of the rigged regime) sentenced me to roughly $3500.00 in fines AND 450 days JAIL time - suspended, which is a CRIMINAL verdict, not a Civil one. How much more illegal does Kenner Court Get?? This is typical of Kenner Code Enforcement Mentality for years with me alone. Road Supervisor Tommy Savoie had a reputation to come after me also, via Inspectors and his actions against me. I reported him multiple times to his superiors for illegal and improper tactics used against me, because of his dislike, also told to me by Inspector Alan Howland in 2010. He said his boss Tommy personally brought him here and told him to write up everything that he can get on me and never leave me alone, and he didn't for years. They use their positions to go after people they disapprove of, and join together in solidarity. Mohamad appeared to idolize Walther and his evil corrupt ways. Walther is deceased, but his fury lives on. There has been many other victims of Mohamad's similar rampages and his co-conspirators in Kenner during his tenure, including myself. If you have been victimized by his abuse of power and these dishonest, deceitful corrupt men. PLEASE, do the righteous thing, clear your conscience, report your serious experiences to the FBI authorities, or Metropolitan crime commission (Michelle) or by contacting me, especially if it involved bribery or monetary payoffs to get a code violation cleared or an inspection passed, or any other scenario, no matter how petty, or with ANY OTHER INSPECTOR. Mohamad was only out to benefit himself which destroyed many others mentally, emotionally and financially, as he did to me. Help me put a stop to the abuse of power and corruption in Kenner for good. Kenner city hall needs to clean house and rid the corrupt officials once and for all. Mohamad thought I was a weak patsy to get over on, but he found out. I bet he wishes he never messed with ME now.
