Our Tulsa Campus is hosting an in-person event on 5/15 for our future students to help get them ready for class. Guests are welcome! What to expect at our event Meet Our Team + Your Classmates Our Tulsa team is excited to meet you! Students will have an opportunity to meet key staff members and get answers to any questions they might have, learn about the financial aid process, on-campus housing, speak with Student Services, tour the campus, and meet other students who will be attending Spartan as well. They can also take this opportunity to secure their housing if desired. Breakfast & Lunch Provided Continental Breakfast (doughnuts and coffee/juice) will be provided as guest s arrive. Lunch (Chick-fil-A meal box and bottled water/soft drinks) will be provided as well for our guests. Be sure to include your guests when you register. What to bring All participants should bring a facemask and plan to wear it during the event.All students should work to have their initial financial aid steps (FAFSA, Master Promissory Note, and Entrance Counseling) complete prior to this event if possible.All students/parents should bring their 2018 and 2019 taxes with them, so their Financial Aid Representative can assist them with moving forward in the financial aid process.
