Your level of worth is not determined by your job title, relationship status, body, other people’s opinions or anything else you have been conditioned to believe. “Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is believing you’re worth the trip!” Jessica Koehler, Mrs. Minnesota 2020, will be presenting on Self-Worth and Empowerment. Since winning the title of Mrs. Minnesota, Jess has been raising awareness about America's opioid epidemic. She is also mentoring several young women struggling with addiction. "What they need more than anything is for someone to be a constant in their life. They need a constant source of love, hope, and light, because they’ve had so many people that have abandoned them.
