Property Maintenance handyman for several buildings and locations in the Madison area. This position is 30-40 hours per week M-F with some weekends for emergencies and during apartment turnover. Must have a valid driver's license, cell phone, email access and your own vehicle. Experience preferred. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Performs maintenance repairs/replacement in areas of carpentry, minor electrical work, minor plumbing, minor HVAC, painting, flooring and other building repairs through daily scheduled work orders. -Completes daily work orders as scheduled -Positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Routinely walks property checking for problems and reports back to supervisors.
