Need a person to practice driving

I am an International student at WSU and I need someone to practice my driving. I have my instructor's permit. I have also taken some classes from the driving school at Pullman but I need to practice more and I do not know anyone here to do that. I do not have a car yet but I am planning to buy soon. Please help me out. I can pay for the gas and your time.
