Can you fix my sticking treadmill?

My treadmill belt sticks when I walk on it. Can you fix it? It's not a fancy treadmill, just a $300 "Confidence Fitness" walking treadmill but I really like it and would love if someone could get the belt not to stick. Thanks!!
