Rapidly growing Landscape Design and Install company specializing in Hardscaping seeks a skilled and experienced stone worker to join our dynamic team. We are seeking someone who is reliable, flexible, hard-working, proficient, efficient, and low drama/easy going. While we do have other positions available for general laborers (feel free to inquire if you have more basic skills) we are actively seeking an EXPERIENCED STONE WORKER who can work on their own and get the job done with little to no supervision. Must Haves: Knowledge of and Experience With: Hardscaping (flagstone/pavers/brick/tile; rock walls/staircases; DG/gravel; not much cement) General Construction Proficiency with small power tools Ability to work on your own with little to no supervision Detail oriented/Proficient/Meticulous Self-motivated with a and strong work ethic Punctual, efficient, and good time management skills Transportation to job sites (in residential neighborhoods of Berkeley/Oakland/Albany) Good communication skills Nice to Haves: Carpentry/other trades experience Tools/truck Eye for design/symmetry Irrigation Plant installation (eco-conscious) We offer Competitive pay Bonuses for jobs well done Paid lunch break Later working hours Room for growth Somewhat flexible schedule We are also kind and compassionate people to work for, and like to create a friendly vibe and positive team spirit!
