Earth Runners Sandals, known for its earth-conscious minimalist adventure sandals, is currently hiring for a Shop Hand Apprentice. Looking for a builder with experience of common tools (hammer, scissors, pliers, drill press, sanders, etc.), transportation, desire to learn, reliable, smart, physically fit, strong work ethic, attention to detail. Over our 9 years in business we have attracted a well-rounded staff with a wide variety of different skill sets. If you are looking to sharpen your skills alongside a team of nature-oriented crafts people, this a is a great opportunity for you. We are looking for people who live locally so they don’t have to commute far to our country-set Sebastopol facility. This job involves everything from die cutting, fine plier articulation, sanding, drilling to assembling parts and much more. Given our fast growing industry we are constantly evolving our systems which keeps things exciting for our team. This is a great job for a person with the right interest and ability to learn on the fly.
