We are a mid-sized family owned Pressure Washer company, with ethical management, seeking a worker for monthly route service cleaning sidewalks in San Francisco. REQUIREMENTS: -- Able to work independently, arrive punctually, and maintain a professional appearance -- Detail-oriented -- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be minimally mechanically inclined -- Must be able to interact professionally with clients and public -- Must possess a smartphone and ability to arrive to the truck site by 5am -- 25-years-old or older (per insurance requirements) -- Following a conditional offer, a motor vehicle record check will be conducted on all final job candidates for whom driving a motor vehicle is an essential job function. -- Ability to pass standard drug test PREFERED EXPERIENCE: -- Experience pressure washing a plus, though not required. Training provided for the right applicant. -- Box truck/delivery driving experience a plus -- Living in San Francisco or nearby a plus since all jobs are located within the city HOURS AND COMPENSATION: -- Most weeks will require between 20-30 hours -- Flexible 5am-12pm weekdays, with some weekend work -- Pay starts at $20 per hour, 4% annual raises BENEFITS OF WORKING THIS JOB: Make your own schedule between 5AM-12PM, including the option to work weekends if that works better for your schedule Owners are fair, don’t micromanage, and make a point of showing respect to everyone on the team Annual bonus based on length of employment and 4% annual raises TO APPLY: Position able to begin immediately, please respond with resume, work history and driving record.
