Responsibilities -Repair all aspects of HVAC systems (Airflow, mechanical, design), utilizing a company vehicle. -Handle and manage the HVAC crew - manage their schedules, job responsibilities, equipment requirements, etc. -Complete paperwork for each job, including daily time. -Record all materials used and return unused material to warehouse. -Other duties as assigned that involves: Heating Install, Replacement - AC Install, Duct Install, Zone Control System Install Qualifications -Good organizational skills -Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends as required -Punctuality and reliability -Ability to climb ladders -Positive attitude. -Great work ethic -Must maintain a valid driver’s license -Must pass a background check -Residential and Light Commercial Physical Demands -Able to work at heights of 10 feet or more. -Able to consistently lift over 50lbs, push, kneel, crouch and reach while installing products. -Able to work on feet all day. - valid driver's license. - Should have his own tools.
