GENERAL CONTRACTOR LOOKING TO EXPAND OUR CREW!! We are located in Los Gatos with projects throughout the Bay Area. We specialize in Custom Single Family homes and modular site work and are searching for candidates with experience in multiple trades. ESSENTIAL SKILLS (do not need experience in all): • Demolition • Excavation • Foundation • Framing • Door & Window Installation • Sheetrock • Cabinet Installation • Flooring • Painting • Tile & Stone • Siding • Stucco • Roofing, Gutters & Downspouts • Electrical • Plumbing • Mechanical • Ability to tow a trailer is a plus • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 3 years experience • Good physical health and able to lift 75lbs • Able to work Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day • Able to work as a team & as an individual • Leadership skills • Reliable transportation • All tools • Self-starter with strong work ethics WHAT WE OFFER: • Full-time position, Monday-Friday • Compensation based on experience • Company health benefit program (after probationary period) • Potential to grow with the company • Being an integral part of a fun & close-knit team!
