Part time handyman/manager to care for and manage large home, rental properties, and land all in or near Social Circle. Do routine chores such as lawn/garden, pool maintenance, occasional painting, and minor repairs. Schedule and manage tradesmen and laborers when needed for larger services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. Use my equipment: blowers, push power mower, zero-turn mower, tractor, bush hog, pressure washer, hedge trimmer, etc. (and vehicle when needed). Home is old wood buildings and wood fences so something always needs attention. Should be self-starter and organized person who sees what needs to be done and does it without instruction and minimal supervision. Flexible hours and days. Ideal for knowledgeable mature person who doesn’t do “heavy lifting” anymore.
