My car was stolen 4/26 late Sunday night/ Monday AM. Black Ford Crown Victoria, ex st.paul police car. License Plate #:FEJ 256 Cash reward for any tips on its location or info that helps to find it. -will not pay for bogus info.. please only contact if you have good info.. if anyone can help me get it back I will make it worthwhile. Had a red frame on the rear license plate, and spotlight mounts still attached
