Position Communicating with customers and completing details on ordered jobs at their home in a professional/expert manner. Professional presentation and execution of measuring, itemizing, and detailing all aspects of assigned jobs. Answers management requests or inquiries concerning billing, timelines and report problem areas. Photo review of completed jobs Assist with field rep interaction throughout the assigned territory, to include pricing negotiations. Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through adhering to timelines and quality standards. Continually maintain a working knowledge of department specific items and tasks. Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Effective communication skills both oral and written Past Sales experience Ability to quickly learn company and client software Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload A positive approach to problem-solving Efficient negotiation skills Strong organizational skills Proficient with computers and computer programs Strong customer service skills Reliable transportation - travel is 90-100% throughout assigned territory (no overnights), some weekends possible based on customer availability
