We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our operations department as a full-time Pest Control Technician located in Des Moines, IA. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment but also excels at working at an individual level. $2,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS $1,000.00 REFERRAL BONUS STARTING WAGE $15.00 AN HOUR WITH OVERTIME COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED BENEFITS ACTIVATED DAY ONE Responsibilities include: Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order Keeping accurate records of treatments provided Collecting payments for services rendered Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with State and Federal laws Monday through Friday and every other Saturday Qualifications: This is an opportunity for a great career with no experience necessary; we will train you A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past 3 years) A minimum of 4 years with a valid driver's license is required A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires This position is located in our Des Moines, IA office.
