We are happy to announce that we are looking for a new Apartment Maintenance professional. We are not looking for a contractor, but an employee! The job will offer roughly 40 hours per week for someone that can do most or all of the things below: -Paint -Small plumbing repairs -Small drywall repairs -Snowblow/Salt -Caulk -install: -Light fixtures -Vanities -Electrical outlets -Fans -Countertops -Mirrors -Doors -Windows(not a necessity but a plus) -Understands Tenant relations and Fair Housing (this can be taught) -Occasional Landscaping -Tile Work(A Plus, not a necessity) Essentially, we need someone that can repair units and turn them over with move outs!
