Self-defense classes prepare you for how to handle yourself a during an attack. At the very least, the class will help you gain confidence to handle daily situations. The instructor Lawrence Whitaker, founded Urban Defense LLC in 1996. His passion for providing people with something that could save their life sets him apart. He is remarkably focused on what happens on the streets and analyzes how his clients can deal with situations when they're faced with them. He is also an Inductee in the Philadelphia Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothes (t-shirt, sweatpants, leggings, etc.). Parking is available.
