Space has spot lighting, natural light, comes with a large workbench, access to utility sink, small kitchenette, bathroom and ample parking. Linoleum floor over the concrete for easier cleaning. Applicant should be interested in a long term commitment to be part of this group. $450/month includes all utilities, garbage and 24 hour access. 1st month's rent and deposit of same amount.
