Job Summary: Under direction of the Food & Beverage Manager, the Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items. The cook will also be responsible for inventory ordering, stocking and work area clean up, including dishwashing. The cook will be trained, if needed, in menu costing, menu creation, and marketing. A King County Food Worker Card and two years’ experience as a line/prep cook or similar experience is required to land this job. Qualified candidate must have their own transportation. Full time employees enjoy benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. We have one full and one part time position open at this time so we’re looking to put together a great team. Essential Job Functions: Cook and prepare menu items Maintain clean, sanitary, safe, kitchen Store and prepare foods in accordance with health department regulations Will provide counter server duties Other duties as assigned Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalency Lake Wilderness Golf Course is a CourseCo, Inc managed facility. We have one shift and the hours are roughly 10am-6pm. Hourly pay will depend on experience and will be $15.00 - $16.00 per hour plus benefits for the full time position.
