Looking for part time garden help, up to 4-5 hours a week, in Poulsbo. The candidates should be experienced in weeding, mulching, and other garden-related chores. Ability to discern weeds from cultivated plants and attention to detail is a must. Occasional heavy lifting up to 70 lbs is required. Please provide 3-4 local references in your first email. Initial pay: $20/hour for the first 1-2 weeks while getting familiar with the garden. After that the pay will be based on experience and work quality, up to $45/hour, cash.
