I run a small property management company and am looking for a handyman who can do various service calls for me as needed. Larger jobs will present themselves from time to time. Right now we have a couple rehab properties and rental vacancies.
We do multiple calls per week so. Bigger punch-out jobs the pay will be on a fair daily rate and not per job. I can keep you busy if you are good at completing tasks.
Pay only by Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or check by mail. We are a formal real estate firm with accounting procedures so payouts are done once or twice a week and only done during normal business hours.
W9 will be required once the amount of payouts is over $600 on the year. I am looking to hire a full-time maintenance guy on salary this summer.
