Landscaping position Hiring for the upcoming season. Landscaping laborers to start immediately. All skill levels considered. We will train the right minded individual who is ready to learn. Starting pay is $13.00 Per Hour. Must have a valid drivers license. 30 to 36 hours a week. Any over time worked will be paid at over time rate. Job Summary: The position of Landscape Laborer is open in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate is an energetic, positive minded, and motivated individual with high quality standards. This position is responsible for performing landscape and hardscape installation. This position is expected to work shifts from Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays Beginning at 9 AM. The pay rate is $13.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Prepare trucks for the day: Loading mowers, gas cans, and all other equipment. Ensure all equipments are properly secure in the truck and trailer. Complete landscape maintenance duties such as: mowing, edging, blow. Aeration, spread grass seed, fertilizer, weed control, Tree cutting, Trimming, pruning, blow and bag leaves. Completing projects, spread pine straw, mulching, planting, seeding, Hardscape project completion: installing pavers, stones, install or repair fence, repair decks, install drainage systems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment including work site and equipment Inspect equipment, materials, to identify any problems or defects Disclaimer: The above responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list of duties. Physical requirements: Be able to perform physical activity such as lifting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching Perform light to heavy work, lift up to 50 pound Outdoor inclement weather conditions (hot or cold weather, rain, wind) May need to climb up to 15 feet in height May be required to wear a facemask. Skills/ Experience: Must have a valid divers license Good communication with co-workers and management Safety and detail oriented, self-motivated
