Equus Workforce Solutions has developed the YEP Work Experience Program to provide work experience that is valuable and meaningful to young adults, ages 18 - 24, in the Montgomery County area and will assist them in obtaining their future goals. The program will run through June 25th. Call today to sign up. The Equus Workforce Solutions Work Experience Training Program emphasizes the following: Development of employability skills Enhancement of “soft skills” necessary for future employment, such as attendance, communication, business etiquette, professional impact, etc.. Parental involvement (if needed) Support and supervision, along with regularly-scheduled formal evaluations Job coaching by Equus Workforce Solutions staff In addition to earning $10.35/hour participating in Paid Work Experience, Equus will provide career exploration, discuss certificate and post-secondary training and provide related services.
