Calling on Americans across the nation to help locate ten everyday heroes selflessly giving back to their community for a chance to receive: Up to $45,000 for their charitable endeavors;A national platform to tell their stories;And an opportunity to build a network that amplifies their cause Last November, Women of Worth celebrated its first-ever nationally-televised special on NBC, bringing together L'Oréal Paris spokeswomen such as Camila Cabello, Helen Mirren and others to highlight each Honoree's unique mission. In 2021, L'Oréal Paris will increase its annual financial commitment to its Women of Worth from $10k to $20k, and will once again, build a national platform to spotlight their extraordinary stories of resilience, bravery and courage. One woman will be selected by popular vote to receive an additional $25k for their charitable endeavors. Sampling of the 2020 L'Oréal Paris Women of Worth: Noelle Lambert - 2020 National Honoree and founder of The Born to Run Foundation: provides young amputees with specialized prosthetics that allow them to lead fulfilling lives and pursue their athletic dreams.Cheryl Ann Wadlington - Founder and Executive Director, The Evoluer House: equips underserved and marginalized girls of color through college and career preparedness, teaching them to break poverty cycles and pursue their dreams.Marta Michelle Colon - Founder, Be Gutsy: uses education, the arts, and healthcare programs to create awareness of the prescription opioids epidemic and its impact on Latinx adolescents and young adults.
