CHICAGO— Nikhil Chandran, 16, has been located after he was reported missing on Wednesday from the 1700 block of West Roscoe Street, near the Paulina Brown Line station. Nikhil is about 5 feet 4 inches with black hair and brown eyes. He has a medium complexion and an average build. He has been found since being last seen on Tuesday wearing a red shirt, gray pajama pants and brown sandals.
