Found Male tuxedo cat

Description

A black and white, short hair with white whiskers cat showed up a few days ago in our neighborhood. He is very vocal and sweet, but seems lost. We have him in the house, and will probably take him to the shelter tomorrow if nobody claims him, he's driving the neighborhood batty with all the meowing.
