lost chihuahua. she's long haired. elderly with dementia. She escaped into the night on April 27th in the evening. I think someone has picked her up and hasn't tried to find her home. i don't know why anyone would kidnap a little dog. We've had her since she was a puppy and she is 12 years old. She misses her cat family
