Building and Apartment Maintenance/Cleaning Summer Job 2021 Established local Property Management firm (Rochester Management, Inc.) is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard working individuals to join our summer teams. The people we hire for the summer season are very important to the success of our company. We have a great deal of grounds work, exterior maintenance jobs, as well as interior apartment and common area cleaning and upkeep which must be done. Naturally we are interested in hiring job candidates who are willing to work hard and who will be fully available throughout our busy summer season- mid May thru mid August**. **This is a great positive summer job for students since the seasonal full time work opportunity is a perfect match for the school summer break period. Employees we hire often enjoy coming back for several consecutive summer seasons while away from school to be a part of our employment teams through another summer. Responsibilities include: General property maintenance including preparing/turning over make-ready apartment vacancies, outdoor grounds upkeep, exposure to assist in minor property repairs.
