Job Type: Full-time Work Shift: B Shift. This is a four (4) day, 10-hour work week normally running Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm – 3:30am OR Tuesday through Friday from 5:30pm – 3:30am. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Must be serious about working B-Shift hours. We are looking for an experienced B Shift Warehouse Worker to join our enthusiastic, service-orientated team. The ideal candidate will possess experience with warehouse and delivery operations including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving orders to meet the company’s productivity and quality goals. The candidate should also possess strong attention to detail, enthusiastic energy, and eagerness to support the company’s values and goals. Qualified candidates must have the physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs., have experience operating hand jacks and stock pickers, and MUST have picking and stocking experience. Only candidates with picking and stocking experience will be considered. MUST be punctual to arrive for shift and good attendance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES -- Pick orders with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to overall details. Only candidates with picking and stocking experience will be considered. -- Transport merchandise (using body, tools, work aides, machinery, or special devices to move, carry, guide, or place objects or materials.) -- Operate various equipment including lifting apparatus, hand jack, stock picker, two-wheel dolly, hand truck, and forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, palletize, or move products. -- Physically lift, move, carry, and place products on shelves, racks, etc., as well as load and unload delivery trucks. -- Constantly inspect goods and packaging for defects and damage. -- Actively listen to, report, and resolve operations complaints. -- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment. -- Maintain general knowledge of company’s product offerings, operations, and goals. REQUIREMENTS -- PICKING AND STOCKING EXPERIENCE A MUST. Only candidates with picking and stocking experience will be considered. -- Strength Rating: H = Heavy Work. Ability to exert 50 to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 75 lbs. of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. -- Experience operating hand jacks and stock pickers a must. -- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY OR SUBMIT RESUME UNLESS YOU POSSESS THE ABOVE MANDATED JOB EXPERIENCE.
