Rancho Goleta Lakeside MHP is currently seeking part time Clubhouse Monitors to work at our manufactured home community in Goleta, Ca. Summary: The Clubhouse Monitor, under minimal supervision, oversees the clubhouse and common areas for adherence and enforcement of the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. Description Regarding Duties of the Pool Area General Duties • Clean Kitchen, refrigerator, operate dishwasher, restock supplies as needed • Clean Gym, Library, Laundry room and Events Hall • Clean interior and exterior of all accessible windows and doors • Sweep and Mop/ Polish non-carpeted floors • Spot Clean/ Vacuum carpeted areas as needed • Clean cobwebs on interior and exterior of building • Empty trashcans/ waste baskets as needed • Check bathrooms for cleanliness throughout shift and restock as needed • Remove and store umbrellas during high winds and inclement weather • Conduct routine walkthrough of community, reporting problems to management • Set up/ take down tables, chairs and equipment for meetings, events and/ or other activities • Respond to emergencies via on-call phone • Clean, sanitize and arrange pool furniture as needed • Hose down pool and spa deck, cover pool and Jacuzzi/ Spa nightly • Ensure that all Residents and Guest are wearing wristbands • Enforce Pool and Spa rules for occupancy and safety MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation • Must be 18 years of age or older • Work efficiently under minimum supervision • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work flexible schedules (Holidays) • Promote positive environment, proactive résident relations • Use basic hand tools as necessary • Strong written and verbal communication • Communicate with fellow employees respectfully The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. • Ability to walk around clubhouse and community in a reasonable time period. • Ability to sit, stand, push, pull and operate equipment. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work in all weather conditions that include low or high temperatures Job Type: Part-time Adhere to the Les Frame Management Employee Handbook Guidelines of Conduct
