SUMMARY: No experience is required to start out as a flagger and move up to a TCS. If you have an experienced TCS certified through CCA - Colorado Contractors Association or ATSSA - American Traffic Safety Services, strongly encouraged to apply COMPANY QUALIFICATIONS: Are you honest? DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ability to read, implement and field adjust Traffic Control Plans • MUTCD knowledge so you can safely properly set up and tear down any and all work zones • Current driver’s license • Ability to work on-call and after hours • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure • Ability to be and remain flexible • Ability to document work thoroughly and clearly • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers • Must maintain a clean truck and environment • Understand daytime closures and requirements • Understand flagging duties and responsibilities PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Ability to lift, move up to 75 lbs regularly (TCS ONLY) • Employee is regularly exposed to traffic and ALL outside weather conditions • Work is year round If you have an experienced TCS certified through CCA - Colorado Contractors Association or ATSSA - American Traffic Safety Services will be offered a sign on incentive, EOE SALARY: Depends on experience. We are happy to give raises, just prove yourself! TCS Supervisor - $20-25 per hour – with a $250 sign on incentive Flagging - $18 - $20.00 per hour DOE – with a $100 sign on incentive per week up to $400
