NOW HIRING!! All Around the Peaks Property Management is looking for new cleaners!! Join our team with or without experience! *Experience preferred! 🙂 MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (4 wheel drive), drivers license, and car insurance. MUST HAVE INSURANCE FOR CLEANING HOUSES, or be willing to obtain insurance. JOB DESCRITPTION: *Follow all CDC requirements for cleaning. *Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces. *Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind. *Assist with laundry as needed *Create a welcoming enviyronment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for. *Identify and note any damages to homes. *Collect and remove trash and debris *Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products. *Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MUST be reliable MUST BE MOTIVATIED AND TAKE INITIATIVE MUST be flexible MUST be consistent MUST have attention to detail MUST Take pride in and are dedicated to their work MUST Have high standards of cleanliness Starting at $18/hr with opportunity to grow!
