Full service maintenance and construction company looking to hire full-time maintenance technician. We are willing to pay while training properly motivated candidate who will then have highly marketable skill set. Prior experience in any of the following a huge plus: -General Construction -Framing -Plumbing -Stucco -Roofing -Landscaping/Irrigation Job Requirements: -Able to work fulltime Monday through Friday, 9 - 5 PM. -Reliable transportation. -Reliable cell phone. -Show up on time and sober. -Attention to detail and able to follow directions. -Able to complete tasks and work effectively without constant direct supervision. -Clean appearance and customer service skills. Job requires face to face interactions with customers in their home. Benefits: -Starting hourly pay based on prior experience. No experience okay with motivated candidate.
