We are currently looking to fill a operational manager position at a small but growing landscape company. We provide year around maintenance and landscaping services to commercial and residential properties in the greater Portland area. We are looking for a person that has several years of experience in this industry and has management experience. You’d be responsible but not limited to the day-to-day operations with the crews, scheduling, paperwork, customer communication, fleet/equipment maintenance and working directly with the owner/office on all aspects of the operation. You would also be a crew leader on job projects and be willing to jump in to any of the services we provide to help keep things moving along. This is a year-round salary position with incentives and bonuses. We will also provide health care reimbursement, paid time off and holidays as well as some equipment use benefits.
