Job Description:
This job requires walking clients through various steps of production.
- Communicating necessary information and details to all parties (supplier, vendor, client) to ensure quality and timely deliveries
- Answering emails and phone calls in which you will be able to recommend products to solidify orders
- Production Process: Ordering goods from suppliers, providing information for vendors, tracking shipments to client
- Documents: Providing Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Online Store Management: We offer "shop" options to some of our clients in which merchandise (uniforms, etc) is warehoused and redistributed to their store locations. You are in charge of providing light IT support to store managers, keeping track of inventory with warehouse, and setting up replenishment orders to restock warehouse supply.
Experience Necessary:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
