1 year old cat: Phoebe

We are looking to rehome our 1 year old cat. We believe she is a mainecoon/tabby mix, but not entirely sure. She is a loving cat, but is very wary about new people. She’s sweet, has a personality, and very calm. Although I don’t know how she’s with other cats as she hasn’t been around other cats. There will be a small rehoming fee, because we want to ensure she’s going to a loving home and she’ll come with many accessories including: small cat tree, bed, litter box with hood (sifter), food/water bowl, food container, many toys and food tray. I would like her to go to someone who has experience with cats/kittens and who would be open to contact every once in awhile to check up on her.
