Metal-smith/Jewelry Artist Searching for Studio

Metal-smith, jewelry, mixed media artist looking for a studio space, private or to share. I require approximately 150-300 square feet, 200 square feet would be ideal. Industrial or retail in the Long Beach, San Pedro or other areas adjacent to Long Beach. I have a full metal studio with rolling mill, hydraulic press, 12” guillotine style shear, flex shaft, magnetic tumbler and hundreds of hand tools. Also work benches and storage shelves. I am willing to share use of equipment with some one qualified to use and partial exchange for rent. I also need space for archiving an art collection and enough space to teach small workshops at some point in the near future. I’m hoping to find something for around 500-600 dollars per month possibly more for desirable amenities: location, ground floor, etc. Please let me know if you have or know of anything available.
