We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties will include daily work order completion, the repair and maintenance of vacant units, and other projects. We are looking to welcome new team members who are organized and safety minded. Our values are the core of who we are and what we do on a daily basis. The ideal candidate must have experience in the following areas: - Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting/repair - Current HVAC certification (a definite plus but not required to apply) - Plumbing - Light electrical - Painting - Drywall repairs - Knowledge of the use of power tools and basic tools All candidates must meet the hiring guidelines for our company.
