Event Staff We have an upcoming event at the Circuit of the Americas. We need event staff who are social, energetic, reliable, great customer service skills, and comfortable with the high energy environment of a live speedway event. Candidates must be able to work all special event dates and hours listed below: Dates: Wednesday, 5/19/2021 to Sunday, 5/23/2021 Location: Circuit of the Americas Hours: Varies, but open availability is preferred Compensation: $15-17/Hour Responsibilities for Event Staff: Customer experience ambassador Help direct event guests (“way finding”) Develop a genuine customer connection through exemplary customer service Help with setup/ breakdown of events Traffic/Logistics Control (TNC/ ride-sharing areas) Requirements for Event Staff Enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated Excellent communication skills Access to your own smartphone Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Ability to stand comfortably for 4 hours at a stretch All candidates will have to complete the internal application process Experience in customer service, event service, logistics, or event staffing Must have reliable transportation To apply, please submit your resume immediately and we’ll be in touch for consideration.
