I am looking for a person with experience in all phases of repair & remodeling, I do not expect you to be an expert in all areas, but knowledge is required. Reliable transportation, phone, tools also needed. This job requires heavy lifting, climbing ladders, use of power tools, bending, kneeling, working outside in heat/cold some days. Carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, windows, doors, light plumbing, light electrical, power washing, roofing. Reliable transportation & a cell phone required. Job sites all over Austin & surrounding cities. Applicant will be hired as a 1099 form employee issued at end of year, no taxes will be withheld. You will be responsible to pay your own taxes.
